SHOPPING
Simply add items to your shopping cart and proceed to check out.   We use SSL technology to encrypt and protect your private information. All of the information you enter and transmit will be encrypted making it unusable to anyone else. Please do not email orders and credit card information; emails are not a secure way to transmit information.
SHIPPING
All in stock items will normally ship 48 hours of receipt of your order. (excluding weekends).  We try very hard to ship immediately whenever humanly possible. If an item is not in stock you will be notified by email of the expected ship date and given the opportunity to cancel you order.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All prices and charges are in U.S. funds.

RETURN / REFUND POLICY
Your personal satisfaction with your purchase is assured. If you are not satisfied with any of our products for any reason it will be replaced, exchanged or your money will be refunded within 15 days of purchase. Simply contact us by email at sales@fly-fishing-discounters.com. Explain the problem and we will arrange the return for a refund (less shipping charges), a replacement or an exchange to your satisfaction. Returned items must be in original condition, in original packaging (for all clothing) or other items in original packaging if possible, and be accompanied by a copy of the purchase invoice, if available. If the purchase invoice is not available please include a sheet of paper with the your name, address, telephone number and order confirmation number. For your protection please remember to insure you returned item for its full value. COD's will not be accepted. Returns must be made by mail to:

WARRANTY POLICY
All merchandise covered by a manufacturer's warranty must be sent directly to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. Follow instructions provided by the manufacturer.
